[Hotel facilities]  

Q: Are there any smoking areas?

A: It is located inside the hotel (3rd floor).

 

Q: Is there a curfew?

A: Nothing in particular. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. However, for security reasons, the automatic front door is locked from midnight to 6:00 the next morning. You can unlock it with your room card key.

 

[Room facilities]

Q: What type of bathroom and toilet are in the rooms?

A: There is a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and the toilet has a warm water washing function. (It is a unit bath.)

 

Q: Do you have a Blu-ray player or DVD player?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have any rental items available. HDMI cables and mirroring cannot be used on the televisions in the Superior Rooms and Privilege Rooms.

 

Q: How many people can stay in a room?

A: Two adults and one child under 12 years old can stay in the same room. Extra beds are not available.

 

Q: Is there an accommodation fee if I stay with a child?

A: Children aged 12 and under can stay for free if using existing bedding.

 

Q: If I stay with a child, do I have to pay for breakfast?

A: One child under 12 years old: Free Two children under 12 years old: Free for children under 6 years old, 2,400 yen per person for children aged 6 to 12 years old, 4,800 yen per person for children aged 13 years old and over

 

Q: Are there connecting rooms?

A: Yes, we have them in our Privilege King Room and Privilege Twin Room. The number is limited, so please contact us for more information.

 

Q: Are there baby cribs?

A: Yes, we do provide them free of charge. Please note that they are only available in king rooms. As the number is limited, please contact the hotel directly in advance. (For safety reasons, baby cribs are only available for children under 1 year old weighing less than 10 kg.)

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00 *This may vary depending on the accommodation plan you choose.

 

Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A: We will keep it at the front desk. (Valuables excluded)

Q: Are there laundry services or coin laundry facilities?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a coin laundry, but you can use the laundry service (except Sundays and holidays). If you order at the front desk by 10:00 AM, your laundry will be delivered to your room by 7:00 PM on the same day.

 

Q: Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

A: When sending your luggage, please make sure that your name and the date of your stay are clearly visible. If you can contact the hotel when you send your luggage, we can smoothly deliver it to you upon your arrival.

 

Q: Can I ship luggage from the hotel?

A: Yes, we can. We also provide the necessary packaging materials for shipping (some of which require an additional fee), so please feel free to contact us.

 

Q: Can I make reservations for a group?

A: Yes, you can make a reservation. Please contact us at HC1F1@accor.com to make a reservation.
