The restaurant, named after “Scène” in French for ‘scene’ (as in a stage scene), reflects the design concept of Mercure Tokyo Hibiya, “Stage Art.”

It is our hope that you will use this product during the important “scenes” of your life.

We are particular about using domestic ingredients and producers, and offer dishes that harmonize with seasonal ingredients based on traditional French cooking techniques.
